How to write

Email hello@signalsmonitor.com for a correction, a broken feed, a publisher takedown, a privacy request, or a report of illegal chat content. Include the page address and, for an account request, the email address on the account.

The studio site is meltingface.lol. Sign-in messages are sent from accounts@mail.signalsmonitor.com. That address only sends magic links. Write to hello@signalsmonitor.com instead.

What to send

• Privacy. Email hello@signalsmonitor.com, say you are using the rights in the privacy notice, and name the email on the account. There is no in-product button that deletes an account.
• Publishers. Send the story URL and the feed you want reviewed. Excerpts are the publisher’s text, shortened, with a link back.
• Chat. You can also use Report on the message itself. For something illegal, email hello@signalsmonitor.com as well as using Report. Melting Face can hide or remove a message. See the terms.
• Security. Email hello@signalsmonitor.com and describe the issue. Do not include a live session cookie or a magic link. SignalsMonitor accounts do not use passwords.

What this page is not

It is not a news tip line, and it is not monitored around the clock. Do not use it for an emergency. Official warnings on the map come from public feeds and can be late or wrong.
