The National Sea Rescue Institute (NSRI) has launched a search for a 24-year-old man from Observatory who went missing in Betty’s Bay on the Cape South Coast. Spokesperson Craig Lambinon says police and NSRI divers, as well as a rescue helicopter, have been deployed to the scene.
